From events to programming, corporate support ultimately ensures CYO’s success.
Our events are the lifeblood of funding for CYO and are a heck of a lot of fun! All sponsorships come with signage and recognition at the event, on our website, on CYO social media and in the CYO newsletter. Programming sponsorships often come our way in the form of equipment. In addition, 25% of participants in our CORE classes are there on scholarship. We need help covering those costs too. Fundraising Events – Sponsorship Opportunities
The Maverick – first weekend of May
The Maverick is a two-day fully catered sporting clays event at Sylvan Dale Ranch. A 20-station clay shoot hosted at the beautiful Sylvan Dale Ranch.
Once the weekend ends, the world-class course rolls up for the year. The Maverick is CYO’s largest yearly fundraiser since 2001.

To add your name to the waitlist, please call our office at (970) 663-0800. A team of four is $4,000 on Friday, $5,000 on Saturday. In 2026, all waitlisted teams got invited to participate.
Demographics: companies from across the country bring employees, clients and guests. 664 people attended in 2026.

3D Archery Tournament – August
Our newest event, the 3D Archery tourney is a family-friendly 30-station shoot around the CYO property. The tourney is more outreach than fundraiser, sponsorships help CYO break even.
Demographics: Archery enthusiasts in Northern Colorado & their families. 270 folks competed in our archery tourney in 2025.

The Scoot – last Friday of September
It’s our 10th Annual Country Shindig hosted at CYO! Gussy up in your cowboy clothes, belt out with the band and dance until the cows come home! The Scoot is live music, open bar, dancing, a family-style dinner and a LOT of fun!
Demographics: Tables are purchased by Northern Colorado businesses and families. We host almost 700 folks at the Scoot.

NoCo Winter Wonderland – Thanksgiving thru New Year’s Eve
Winter Wonderland is a drive-thru light show on the CYO property. Set your radio to our holiday channel and enjoy 20 giant light displays.
Demographics: Families in Northern Colorado – especially those with kids under 10. In 2023, we hosted about 8,000 cars . . . we figure that equates to 24,000 people.
Presenting ($25,000): Three-year commitment ($3,500/year), 75 tickets, exclusive feature – SOLD OUT
Gold ($10,000): Three-year commitment ($3,500/year), 75 tickets, exclusive feature
Silver ($5,000): Two-year commitment ($2,500/year), 50 tickets, shared feature
Bronze ($1,500): One-year commitment, 50 tickets, shared sign only, no feature
