Colorado Youth Outdoors opens to the public a few days each year for some family fun and time well spent.

These events include fundraising, but the bigger goal is to showcase our programming and facility while offering the community a way to spend time together.

3D Archery Tourney

Keep this in your sights: for folks dusting off the equipment for hunting season to those trying archery for the first time, this event is for you!

Open, Bowhunter, Traditional & Youth divisions for those with their own equipment & experience. Peruse our property while making your way through the 20-station course.

New to archery? We offer equipment and instruction. Newbies shoot our half-mile 3D archery course.

All ages welcome.

Pick Your Own Pumpkin

All the fall feels are at CYO this time of year! Take a tractor out to the pumpkin patch to pick your own. We’ll have family fall portrait opportunities and more. Bring your own pumpkin spice latte!

Suggested donation: $5/pumpkin

Family Fishing Derby

Reel in the big one at CYO – time spent with your family!

Fishing in the morning, lunch around noon, followed by a flurry of raffle prizes. Use your equipment or ours. Instructors available.

All ages welcome. No fishing license required. No live bait. Catch and release only.
