Complete additional information about your child for Colorado Childcare Licensing purposes prior to your child’s camp week. This application will be sent to the registered email you provide below in the coming months.

To help your child complete their PACD passport each evening before the next day of camp.

To the best of your ability, attend the family lunch on the Friday afternoon of your campers week.
